We make the bags from the softest material we can find and fill with a blend of specially cleaned, graded and sterilized wheat and best quality lavender flowers grown in Hampshire, England.

When the wheat is heated, it holds its warmth for a long time and the lavender helps create a sense of harmony and well being. Lavender also helps to calm and relax, to relieve headaches - even to sleep. The combination of the two makes for an ideal natural heating pad giving a warm moist aromatic heat to help relax, soothe and heal.
